In its second year in the field, our pepper Efek-tivo shows its high reliability and potential for the late planting segment in Almeria. The variety is designed and adapted for the hot weather prolonged in autumn and the sudden arrival of winter, a climatic situation that makes farmers doubt when to remove the whitewash.

Efek-tivo shows a plant with well-defined stems from the beginning and setting ability with whitewashing. First fruits have an extraordinary quality. Its excellent holding ability once ripe allows growers and coops to decide when to harvest. In this way, growers can look for the best price and marketers can more easily establish the dates of their programs with the final customers.

Shelf life of this pepper is extended on the plant for many weeks, with an outstanding resistance package. Uniform and excellent setting from the bottom. In the last campaign, Efek-tivo showed an excellent resistance to Powdery Mildew (Oidium) in a very difficult year.
